Strictly Partisan Vote - Maine, LD 1730

Yesterday, every single Democratic Maine Senator voted to require paid signature gatherers (and those who pay them) to register with the Secretary of State, or face severe penalties. This is another attempt to limit the people's right to petition our government, and impose fines upon us!
