Maine man getting new trial after prosecutorial misconduct

I blogged about this in May when the state allowed Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett to argue against a new trial for Filler even after she'd been found guilty of prosecutorial misconduct! What a waste of taxpayer dollars, and an embarrassment for Maine. Here's an update (dated September 9, 2010) from Filler's website with a link to the Maine Supreme Court decision.
