IRS protester released, jailed again.

Someone sent this story to me and I decided to post it.  If every employer did what Dick did, imagine how that would boost our economy and render the IRS powerless!

I googled "IRS fraud lame duck Knox," and found a letter to then Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott, from Bob Shultz of We The People. It was written in 2000, and explains about the 16th Amendment and the illegally created IRS. Thirty-six of the total of forty-eight states would have had to approve the amendment in order for it to be ratified; but less than twenty actually did... Shultz explains to Lott. In an attached "Examples of states that failed to ratify the 16th amendment," Shultz summarizes:

Bill Benson's findings show beyond doubt that the 16th amendment was not legally ratified and that Secretary of State Philander Knox did not just commit an error, but committed fraud, when he declared it ratified in February 1913.
The idea of an "income tax" has been around for a long time. Here's a quote attributed to Plato who died around 428 B.C.:
“Where there is an income tax, the just man will pay more and the unjust less on the same amount of income.”
