I launched it just before I left for Northern Maine three weeks ago. However, I hadn't verified my banking information; and, I don't think they allow raising money for inmates.
So I created a new campaign and did not include anything about my son, Shane, whose been incarcerated for over two years, without effective counsel, and while certain evidence of self-defense regarding the shooting of Justin Steggall remains uninvestigated. He also misses his children, who his ex has alienated him and us from.
I've been quoted $2500 to defend against the bogus charge of Disorderly Conduct which I was arrested for on July 10. I've been to the courthouse to view my file. There is a continuation report, which contains more lies by the officer and my harasser. However, the July 8 police report in which the officer lied about me being intoxicated, is not in my file. I have asked for but not received an unredacted copy. A letter I sent to the court and to the D.A. as well as to Leutenant Brian Harris, a few months ago, is not in my file. The letter contained the threatening text messages I was sent by our tenant, but which Corporal Ted Martin failed to make any report of after I notified him of the threats on July 8, 10, and 11.
